We may collect and hold personal information about you, that is, information that can identify you, and is relevant to providing you with the services you are seeking. It may include your name, date of birth, current and previous address, telephone number (including mobile), email address and occupation. Occasionally you may need to provide personal information about others to us. If you do that we expect that you will have informed that person that you have provided us their personal information and they can contact us regarding our use of their information.

The personal information that we collect and hold about you, depends on your interaction with us. Generally, we will collect, use and hold your personal information for the purposes of:
(1) checking that your identity is correct;
(2) providing services to you or someone else you know;
(3) providing you with information about other services that we, our related entities and other organisations that we have affiliations with, offer that may be of interest to you;
(4) facilitating our internal business operations, including the fulfilment of any legal requirements; and
(5) analysing our services and customer needs with a view to developing new or improved services.
We also collect your personal information so that we and our subsidiary and related bodies corporate can promote and market our goods and services to you. We may also collect your personal information from publicly available resources. We will usually notify you about these instances in advance, or where that is not possible, as soon as reasonably practicable after the information has been collected.
